In Montreal and the surrounding areas, we may use a courier service to hand deliver your web order. Throughout Canada we use Canada Post and UPS. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier to deliver your order.
We do not ship across the US/Canadian border. Any US orders are built and shipped in the USA through a trusted partner of ours. Please contact us for arrangements.
All orders are scheduled for delivery Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For other arrangements, please contact us. Stipulated delivery dates are an approximation. There may be delays due to causes beyond our control..
Incorrect Shipping Info
Should an order be returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address. Consequently, the purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges.
Return Policy:
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements to correct the issue.. For reasons of health and safety, consumable products cannot be returned. Your satisfaction is important to us, please contact us with your concerns.
